But maybe somebody out there does, or we&#39;ll get a lawyer to take up the cause. Making noise can certainly influence Microsoft. I&#39;ve bought several PC&#39;s and a copy of Vista unfortantly all before the &quot;free upgrade to 7&quot;. I feel completely cheated by Microsoft. I feel everyone with Vista period should be allowed a free upgrade to Windows 7. Not this $120 upgrade cost they seem to think they are entitled to. I believe they should be required by law to release a service pack to Vista that essentially upgrades it to Windows 7. Since I paid my money to Beta test Windows 7 for them which seems to be all Vista was to Microsoft. Vista was a failed attempt on Microsofts part for a new OS and because of the &quot;bad press&quot; it got they had to release a new OS with a new name but its not new. Its Vista with a blanket pulled over your eyes. They ran a huge marketing campain about lying to people about Vista calling it Longhorn or something if you remember where everyone thought it was so great. They even admit in their advertisements that Vista was problemed. This would qualify for lemon laws, as would be translated directly from auto lemon laws, and therefore a class action suit would be viable for all who can show proof of purchase of Windows Vista. Steve Ballmer privilaged lips can kiss my working-class arse, because, thanks to truth in advertising, they are primed for the class action suit of the century. I told them what they needed to know. What ever happened to the good old days of the privilaged rich? <BR/>I give more to charity in a week than that judge makes in a year!
